Ms. Allen-James is an essential member of the St. HOPE community because she responds to all questions, is quick to find solutions to any problem, and provides resources that show how to resolve technological issues. Above all, Ms. Allen-James makes sure everyone gets the help they need, whether she resolves the issue herself or guides you to the solution. The level of attentiveness Ms. Allen-James exhibits at St. HOPE allows me as an educator to get all the resources, online and not, that I need for my lessons with time to spare. Additionally, Ms. Allen-James is consistently sharing the newest available online teaching tools and latest workshops with the teachers at St. HOPE so that we can can continue to improve as an institution. Overall, Ms. Allen-James contributes to the evolution of our institution in its entirety while she also handles the ever increasing requests she receives every day and manages the school's systems. I fully endorse Ms. Allen-James' skills in customer service, succinct solutions to technological issues and questions, and management of multiple tasks/projects.

Kelenda worked with me at the Ramaz School. She is extremely disciplined, organized, and able to manage her time well. She handles tech support efficiently and is able to find solutions for complicated problems. Her ability to deal well with the end users enhances the support experience. Kelenda also takes the initiative to improve processes with clear documentation, plan appropriately, and ensure implementations will impact the end users as little as possible.

Kelenda joined us on a short term assignment which we quickly extended because she delivered terrific results. She helped us develop a new project management system that is critical to our operations.
